Gift Card Terms & Conditions

How will I receive the gift certificate?

You will receive an e-mail with electronic version of a gift certificate after the online payment made by credit card or Interac. Then you can print it out. Mailing option is also available.

How do I redeem the purchased certificate?

Please call us at (877) 257-9216 to schedule an appointment. 5 business days notice in advance is required. You will be scheduled on a desired day within the working hours which are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.

How many hours of cleaning can I purchase?

You can order cleaning gift certificate for as many hours as you want, but 4 hours of work per each visit is minimum.

How long this certificate is valid for?

Gift Certificate is valid for one year after the purchase date and is not refundable.

Does the customer have to provide cleaning supplies?

The customer agrees to provide all the required cleaning supplies & materials.

How many cleaners will come?

Usually it’s one cleaner when the job doesn’t exceed 8 hours of work. In case when the job is more than 8 hours, we send team of 2-3 cleaners.
